Merlyn Gottfried is Maplewood’s Maintenance Director. Merlyn was born and raised in North Dakota. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Union College before he moved back to North Dakota to work in farming and then as maintenance director at Dakota Adventist Academy. In 2004, Merlyn and his family moved to Minnesota and joined our team at Maplewood Academy. Merlyn enjoys reading, 4-wheeling, and anything John Deere!
